To use the ExoConnections platform, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
• Provide accurate and complete registration information;
• Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access the services offered on ExoConnections. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Reviewing proposals and deciding which Service Provider to hire;
• Managing payment terms and project timelines directly with Service Providers.

Service Providers must deliver the agreed-upon services in accordance with the terms agreed with the client and ExoConnections’ policies.

5. Payment and Fees

All financial transactions between Users and Service Providers are processed through secure payment systems provided by ExoConnections. We collect only the information necessary for processing payments (such as payment card information) and to comply with legal obligations. This includes handling personal documentation where required for identity verification and tax purposes.

ExoConnections may charge a fee for the use of our platform. Any applicable fees will be clearly presented to Users prior to making a payment or hiring a Service Provider.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

ExoConnections takes your privacy seriously. Our collection, use, and storage of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Brazil’s Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), and any other relevant data protection laws.

• Any damages resulting from your use of the platform.

In no event will ExoConnections be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

ExoConnections reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at business@exoconnections.com. Upon termination, you remain liable for any outstanding payments and obligations to other Users or Service Providers.

11. Changes to These Terms

ExoConnections may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we will notify Users via email or other communication methods. Your continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform will be resolved in the courts located in Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil.
